Deyanira believes healing often begins when we slow down long enough to understand what we’re experiencing and why.

As a bilingual Hispanic therapist-in-training, she understands how culture, family expectations, identity, language, gender, and sexuality can shape the way people experience challenges and seek support. She is especially committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients to explore their identities and experiences without judgment.

Deyanira brings a calm, thoughtful, and organized presence to therapy. Drawing from her experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, she especially enjoys working with children and adolescents and brings a strong understanding of behavioral change to her work. She listens carefully, asks intentional questions, and creates space for clients to explore their experiences without feeling rushed or judged.

Approach to Therapy

Therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and make sense of experiences that may feel confusing or overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences shaping your life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, or a major transition, my goal is to help you gain clarity and identify practical steps toward meaningful change.
