Nayeska believes healing begins with the relationship we have with ourselves. When we learn to respond with compassion instead of criticism, that shift can transform the way we parent, love, communicate, and show up in our most important relationships.

Originally from Colombia and now living in the United States, Nayeska understands the complexity of building a life between cultures while carrying the traditions, expectations, and responsibilities that often come with family life. Her experiences as an immigrant, mother, and therapist shape the empathy and perspective she brings to each session.

Known for her warmth, energy, and genuine curiosity, Nayeska asks thoughtful questions and explores different perspectives without avoiding difficult conversations. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process where therapist and client remain open, engaged, and willing to understand what may be keeping change from happening.

Approach to Therapy

Many of us learn to navigate life through self-criticism, perfectionism, or responsibilities that were never ours to carry. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, understand those patterns with compassion, and develop new ways of responding.

Together, we’ll explore the experiences and relational patterns that have shaped your life, identify what is keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to move forward. Whether I’m working with a mother, couple, teenager, or family, my goal is to help people understand themselves more clearly and strengthen the relationships that matter most.

Helping people reconnect with themselves so they can reconnect with the people they love.
