Some conversations require more than simply being heard—they require someone who can help you understand what's keeping you stuck and move forward with confidence.
Erick believes therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful. He creates a space where clients feel understood while also being gently challenged to recognize patterns, explore new perspectives, and make meaningful changes.
Known for his calm presence and straightforward style, Erick doesn't believe in making therapy more complicated than it needs to be. He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and offers honest observations that help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the choices in front of them.
Naturally thoughtful and reserved, Erick tends to observe before he speaks. Rather than rushing to offer advice, he takes time to understand the bigger picture so that when he offers feedback, it is intentional, practical, and meaningful. Clients often discover that behind his quiet presence is a therapist deeply committed to helping them move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be honest—with themselves and with others.
My goal is to create a space where you don't feel judged or pressured, but genuinely understood. Together, we'll explore the patterns that have shaped your experiences, identify what's keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move toward the life and relationships you want.
As a bilingual therapist, I recognize that culture, family, identity, and personal values influence the way we experience life's challenges. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I strive to understand your unique story and support change that feels authentic to who you are.
Helping you move beyond stuck patterns with honesty, clarity, and compassion.

Erick enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both English and Spanish.
He especially enjoys supporting people who are navigating:
• Men's mental health and emotional well-being
• Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• Relationship and communication challenges
• Life and career transitions
• Family conflict
• Identity and personal growth
• Cultural and multicultural experiences
Many men find it difficult to ask for help because they've been taught to carry life's challenges on their own. Erick offers a space where vulnerability is met with respect, honesty, and practical support—not judgment. At the same time, he enjoys working with anyone looking for a therapist who balances emotional understanding with direct, thoughtful guidance.

I've always been curious about how people make sense of their experiences and the relationships that shape their lives. I believe growth often begins with one honest conversation. As a therapist, I'm committed to continuing to learn, challenge my own perspectives, and offer clients thoughtful guidance grounded in both compassion and clinical understanding.
