For more than 18 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, families, and therapists from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Although my role has grown over the years, I continue to see clients because staying connected to the therapy room reminds me why this work matters. Every conversation continues to teach me something about relationships, resilience, and the complexity of being human.

I believe that healthy relationships have the power to transform lives, and that meaningful therapy begins when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and respected.

Today, as Clinical Director of Multicultural Counseling & Therapy, I lead a team of therapists who share a commitment to thoughtful, culturally responsive care. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is supporting their growth, cultivating a collaborative learning culture, and helping ensure that every person who comes to our practice feels understood from the very beginning.

I'm passionate about creating spaces where both clients and therapists can grow—through meaningful relationships, curiosity, reflection, and lifelong learning. It is a privilege to do that work every day.

I continue to believe that some of the most meaningful work we do is creating safe spaces where people can reconnect with who they are and find the freedom to live more authentically.

Why I Created Multicultural Therapist?

Throughout my years as a therapist, I met many people who shared a similar experience: they wanted to feel understood.

Some were navigating life between cultures. Others were balancing different languages, family expectations, identities, or major life transitions. Many had struggled to find a therapist who truly understood the complexity of their experiences.

I realized that no single therapist is the right fit for everyone.

That realization inspired me to create Multicultural Therapist Group—a collaborative practice where clients can connect with therapists whose personalities, experiences, languages, and clinical approaches best fit their unique stories.

Today, our mission remains the same: helping people find the right therapeutic relationship, because meaningful change begins when people feel seen, understood, and supported.

Along the way, my clinical work also led me to develop the Neosystemic Framework, a clinical philosophy that continues to guide our practice and shape the way we think about therapy, supervision, and therapist development.
